It's getting to the point where I can't tell the difference between TMZ and CNN. Anderson Cooper should just go ahead and deliver the nightly news while holding his sippy cup and using a green pen to scrawl out the nightly headlines as the news staff cracks clever quips. Why just today CNN is enlightening us with fluffy trivialities such a report about psychics who see "magic" in Jackson's life and a portrait of Jackson's pill consumption. Medium: graphite scrawl with digital color. Much thanks to Holly for the inspiration.

Jim,
YES!!! Now THAT'S impressive news!

Bill Maher had it right.
The real breaking news story is that Keith Richards is STILL ALIVE!

Oh please, MJ was a super star; but don't make his death a very sensational one. Give respect to him, please.

Praise Jeebus you're back! Your version of Andy is a little more DILF than I usually envision him and it's HAWT. Michael looks like Bubbles. Perfection.

Maybe this is just as bad as James Brown's corpse ... I am glad I don't have cable.
14, you got a tattoo and didn't tell me? Thanks for adding Anderson Cooper to all this bullshit. He is really working my nerves lately and I don't watch TV!!!

The circus background and planet of the apes styling are perfect.

You know what makes me sad about all this macabre fixation on Jacko? Farrah Fawcett's death seems to be largely ignored because she was a decent, beautiful human being (why yes, I did have a massive crush on her as a kid, didn't everyone?).

Michael is OBAMA'S last great hope for taking us away from the truth.. ew

The war over jackson's kids has replaced the war in iraq on CNN...Cheesy News Network

Brilliant! I LOVE your take on MJ. Man. I must admit, I do turn on the computer in the morning to see if MJ is still dead--otherwise, I start to twitch uncontrollably.

I am so pissed. We taxpayers SHOULD NOT BE PAYING for this over-done Staples Center spectacle. If they turn Neverland into some type of Graceland then L.A. County should be able to collect from incoming money paid by delusional tourist, lame idol worshipers and wanna-be's. If you have ever seen the movie "Idiocracy", this whole media circus seemed like a scene from that film. Thanks again for your artwork and Welcome Back.

Please do one on Joe Jackson. I can't stand that self-promoting money grubber. OOOOOO He is BEGGING for it!

'Anhalts Kids' would be in such great companionship, having Prince 'I made millions with a brothel' Porno as their half-brother <3

Excellent work as usual.
Do you foresee bitter and protracted court battles then between Zsa Zsa, Ma Jackson and Diana Ross over Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket???
From Wikipedia:
Prinz von Anhalt has reportedly profited to the tune of millions of dollars by selling the Anhalt name to other individuals. "If someone offers you $2 million, you do it", he has said.
Together with his wife Zsa Zsa Gabor he has adopted several men.

All of these "news" channels have degraded into near tabloid gossip shows practically. And Joe Simpson is already talking about whoring out Jacko's kids to show biz. The Jackson family had no problem turning their son's/brother's funeral into a huge publicity spectacle. If they had any class, they would mourn in private. Frank Sinatra was leagues above MJ in talent and fame yet he didn't have a televised funeral-concert! And oh yeah, Frank didn't molest children either. Maybe if he did, he would have gotten a huge televised concert-funeral funded with $4 million in taxpayer money like MJ!

Like so many artists, he is more popular in death than in life--but your right, it is ironic how the "real" journalists are still so fixated on him. There is no escaping the evil of the thriller.

The Prince Von Anhalt detail is as hilariously perfect as the expressions on both of their faces.
