Sure, in my dreams. This is the intro as it appears on the first page of my Sketchbook Project. I'm drawn to eccentric elderly people and Karl is one of my faves. Medium: Ink on paper.

Onkel Karl amazes the fuck out of me. How can someone wear the same exact shit day in and day out and not go butt ass crazy.
Has anyone every noticed he has a bulge in his pants?

RE: KARL'S EXPRESSION
I DON'T KNOW WHICH OF THE TWO CAPTIONS WOULD BE APT:
"Vould you like to touch my monkey?
Touch him! Love him!"
OR
"Your story has become tiresome"

I love your Karl illustrations! To me there is some funky synergy of Edward Gorey, Tim Burton movies, Johnny Depp in Edward Scissorhands, plus a touch of the Addams Family in his mein. He's creepy cool, which is just want we need out of our fashion icons.

As I am aging rapidly, I would hope to be immortalized someday by an artist like you! May my sags become more interesting thereby!

You've made Karl into a regular Rod Serling!

The great thing about Karl L. is that he's at once supremely menacing and overly pretentious. He so aptly imbues all of the over the top qualities of the ravenously self focused fashionista world, yet he carries himself in such an unwitting way that is sooo funny, and almost endearing. And you capture this oh so well, 14!

Red: Sold it!
Mick: How mysterious. I'll ask Typepad about it.

LOVE! So what did you decide to do regarding the sketch book's final home?

I can't see the images in recent posts when using Safari. No idea why. I tried disabling all extensions, but no luck. Works in Firefox & Chrome. The same is true at resplendent chaos.
